Delivery from our shops

We deliver large items (eg riser recliner chairs, mobility scooters, powerchairs and wheelchairs)  free of charge within a radius of 50 miles of Milton Keynes, Luton and Winchester.  The delivery includes checking the item, unpacking it, assembling it where necessary, removing packaging, set-up and full operational explanation at your home.  

We can also deliver many Aids for Daily Living direct to your door when you order in our shops - please ask for our mail order service.

When you order over the internet, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as we can. We only deliver to UK addresses.

Internet Delivery charges

All orders under £75 are charged at £3.65 (including VAT) which includes postage, package and handling.

All orders above £75 are delivered free of charge

Delivery time

Our standard delivery service will take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive. Should your item be out of stock, a customer representative will contact you by phone or e-mail to explain the situation and discuss the likely delivery time. Some items are bespoke to the customer and will take a few weeks – again this will be explained by phone or e-mail.
