Children’s Charity Selects Software To Streamline Financial Reporting

A UK charity that aims to improve the lives of children living and working on the streets in Latin America has selected an accounting system and mobile app to streamline its financial processes.

Toybox will be working with integrated accounting and business software provider Advanced Exchequer which is supplying the charity with its core system and its eXchequer 365 mobile app.

The systems are designed to integrate with each other to enable managers to approve payments without being in the office and they also work alongside with the charity’s existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

It is anticipated that the Advanced software will reduce the time taken to produce financial reports by replacing laborious processes which involved extracting and reformatting financial data in Excel.

Advanced says that the Toybox financial team will benefit from automated reporting which enables them to quickly access key information and create reports at the click of a button.

The charity opted for this software and supplier above others due to its superior functionality and competitive pricing.

Supporting Expansion

“We are aiming for increased efficiencies within the finance team and the new system will also help to ensure all data is as accurate and up-to-date as possible,” claimed director of finance and support services at Toybox Caroline Taylor.
