We offer a registered office service at our Berkshire address. We can act as the registered office for your company and will forward all official correspondence on to you by 1st class post.

What is Included

All official correspondence forwarded to you by 1st class/standard airmail. Please note: If you also want to received non-official/general business mail at the same address, you will need to order our Mail Forwarding Service alongside your Registered Office Service. We DO NOT accept parcels. 

Official correspondence mainly consists of confirmation statement, accounts and tax return reminders from Companies House and HMRC. Anything else will be classified as non-official.

As a new addition to this service, we will automatically enrol you to the Companies House eReminders service, so you will be notified via email whenever a filing is due with Companies House. We will register the email address listed on your account and you will be required to activate this service within an email that will generate from Companies House. Until you activate this service, no eReminder emails will generate.

The Registered Office Service will need to be renewed after one year. You will be contacted regarding renewal of the service. If we are to provide an efficient service, you will need to keep us informed of any changes in contact details. If we are unable to contact you, or you do not renew the service, we will be unable to continue to act as your registered office. In this case, if you do not change the registered office address yourself, in order to disconnect ourselves from your company, and remove our address from the company record, we reserve the right to file an RP07 form with Companies House.

We have many companies using this address as a registered office so we reserve the right to terminate the registered office service immediately if in our judgement the service might in anyway prejudice our address.

Although in the future you can change the registered office address to any other address, you can change only to another address within the same jurisdiction. ie If the company is registered in England and Wales, then it cannot later change to a Scottish address.

These can be original documents or copies certified by a solicitor, notary public or commissioner for oaths. Please also enclose an addressed envelope for their return to ensure that they are returned to your preferred address. We recommend that any documents are sent by special or secure delivery and if you are resident in the UK we will return all documents by special delivery. If you prefer, documents can be presented at our offices in person when they will be copied and returned to you immediately.
