hfx Set To Expand Across Public Sector With New Sales Director
Flexible working systems provider hfx has appointed a new sales director to take responsibility for generating news business for its Etarmis solution and increasing its client base.
Alex Boa joins the company from workforce management solutions supplier Kronos UK where he held the role of regional sales manager.
According to hfx, Boa bring valuable knowledge to the business based on long experience of working with the public sector and understands the complexity associated with this sector and time and staff management solutions.
The new sales director has also worked within the clinical systems market and has a history of developing new opportunities and identifying and growing new markets and geographies.
“I find the philosophy of hfx refreshing. Throughout its 40 year history, hfx has always been about helping organisations to optimise staff and deliver efficiencies by working in more innovative and flexible ways,” Boa claimed.

Meanwhile, business development director at the firm Paski Matarazzo has welcomed the new sales director to the business.

Adapting To Flexible Working Rules
hfx is currently expanding to meet the demand after the current government introduced legislation that gave all workers the right to request flexible working terms.
It has recently announced the latest release of its Etarmis solution which is highly customisable, flexible and allows staff and employers to manage a myriad of working patterns.
