Welcome to the ELAF B2B Marketplace! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our B2B marketplace platform ("Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

1.1. "ELAF" refers to the B2B marketplace provider, and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers.

1.2. "Platform" refers to the ELAF B2B Marketplace, including its website, mobile applications, and related services.

1.3. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1. To use the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not disclose your password to others or allow others to access your account.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1. ELAF grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for B2B purposes.

3.2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform. You must not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including, but not limited to, fraud, hacking, or any activity that disrupts the integrity or security of the Platform.

4. Content

4.1. ELAF may provide content on the Platform, such as product listings, reviews, and other information. ELAF does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this content.

4.2. Users may submit content to the Platform, such as product listings, reviews, and comments. By submitting content, you grant ELAF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

5. Transactions

5.1. The Platform facilitates B2B transactions between Users. ELAF is not a party to these transactions, and Users are solely responsible for the terms, conditions, and fulfilment of their agreements.

5.2. Users must conduct due diligence and use best practices when entering transactions. ELAF does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality or legitimacy of products or services offered on the Platform.

6. Payments

6.1. Users may be required to make payments for products or services through the Platform. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.

6.2. ELAF may charge fees for certain services or transactions on the Platform. Users will be notified of such fees in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. ELAF retains all intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content. Users may not use ELAF's intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Termination

8.1. ELAF may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
