@UK PLC Announces new CEO

The board of @UK PLC has announced the appointment of Grant Oliver to the position of Chief Executive. Mr. Oliver, previously the Interim General Manager, will assume the role with immediate effect.

Grant Oliver has worked in the IT and Software sector for more than 15 years both with public and private companies. His recent experience has been in providing supply chain management software which reduces costs by rationalising the supply base. He has many years experience of working with multinationals in UK, Europe and the USA and has managed companies that have provided software and services to the Local Authorities, NHS, IT and telecommunications, financial services, petrochemical and manufacturing sectors.

Grant Oliver commented “I am delighted to be appointed Chief Executive and am confident of the Company’s future. I am looking forward to the forthcoming ‘Reducing costs through 100% eInvoicing’ event to be held in London on the 28th February which will give me a chance to meet some of the Local Authorities involved with eProcurement.”
