@UK PLC will be closed for the festive period from midday on Monday 24th December 2012 until Tuesday 1st January 2013 inclusive, but you may submit any form for processing, and it will be sent to Companies House automatically during this period, as long as there are no problems with the form that cause it not to be sent. Companies House will be closed on 25th and 26th December as well as 1st January. Companies House Edinburgh will also be closed on 2nd January.
