This section will describe the business itself as accurately as possible. It will incorporate the following key points:

-          The business sector

-          When the company started trading

-          The type of company it is (Limited, Partnership…)

-          What it offers (Products / Services)

-          How it is different from the competition

-          The Structure.  The Management Team including their role, experience & qualifications. The idea is to demonstrate that you have a very well balanced management team to make your business successful. Potential employees and if you are looking to outsource some of the work.

This is your chance to put forward the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of your business, tell a potential investor what will make your business successful and worth investing in.

It is usually a great advantage if you can get an expert independent appraisal on your products or Services.
