Changes To Our Registered Office Address Services

After reviewing our Registered Office Service, it has come to our attention that customers are receiving general business mail as well as official correspondence from Companies House and HMRC. As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions and on our website, the Registered Office Service only includes the forwarding of official correspondence. As a gesture of good will, we have sent all correspondence in the past but due to the increase in the amount of additional post received, as of the 3rd July 2017 we will be introducing a new Mail Forwarding Service which can be ordered alongside your Registered Office Service to cover all other correspondence. The cost for this will be £99 + VAT per year.

If you are currently receiving general business mail as well as official correspondence and wish to continue to receive it after 3rd July, then we will charge you for this on a pro-rata basis from 3rd July to your renewal date, at which time you can order the mail forwarding service on an annual basis at the same time as your Registered Office renewal.

If the Mail Forwarding Service is not ordered but we continue to receive general business mail for your company, we will notify you by email and will hold this for 14 days. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, the post will be returned to sender. We will still forward all official correspondence providing that you have a current Registered Office Service in place.
