Since 1st October 2006 a director or member is protected from the public. A director or member must now supply a service address that will be displayed on the public register. A director or member must also supply his/her home address, but that address is not available to the public.
For £60 per year all directors/members of the company may use our registered office address as a service address if this product is purchased.

A limited company needs a minimum of 1 director and 1 subscriber. They may be the same person.
A PLC needs a minimum of 2 directors and 1 secretary and 2 subscribers. The secretary may also be a director and/or subscriber.
Since 6th April 2008 it is no longer a requirement for a private (limited) company to have a secretary - the work of the secretary can be carried out by the director.
But a PLC still MUST have a secretary.
@UK PLC can act as your company secretary for £ 60 per year.
