DOM Care
cloudBuy provides a cloud based solution that allows authorities to publish requirements in a secure portal that is visible to all providers.
The Local Authority can describe in detail the requirements and any special requirements, time required, frequency etc ensuring that providers understand the requirement fully.
RAS
cloudBuy offers a bespoke RAS solution that can be integrated into the system. It also offers the service via an iPad app to make it more accessible to the end user.
Case Managment
As well as an Amazon style eMarketplace that lets citizens purchase the necessary care services and equipment, the cloudBuy solution allows for contract management too.
Contract Managers can access, load, maintain and publish all care contracts from one single portal. Local managers can customise their purchasers' views of contract items and purchasers can process enquiries, orders, invoices and payments online.
CareMarketplace Features
The CMS allows for teams to work together creating better business cohesion and you can still keep your normal workflow with different user and administrator settings allowing some to only edit and save content, whilst others can edit, publish and delete content as necessary.
