CatalogueMaster for Contracts

Contract management requires the publication of multiple contracts out to buying organisations, it is important the contract information is always up to date and that buying organisations can easily subscribe to the content.

CatalogueMaster for Contracts achieves this by providing buying organisations with a choice of punchout access to a central system that has all the current up to date content, or feeds to their existing P2P(Purchase to Pay) system if it does not support punchout.

Punchout is the preferred option since CatalogueMaster is able to support volume price break points, delivery charges and promotions, that are often not supported by most p2p systems.

The other major advantage of CatalogueMaster for Contracts is the ability to pass down to suppliers the maintenance of product information.  Thus suppliers can update pictures, descriptions and other rich product information and SiteLink will ensure that the CatalogueMaster repository is kept up to date with all the changes at the suppliers end.

This frees up contract managers to focus on pricing and the quality of service.  CatalogueMaster collect feed back from requisitioner on the quality of service provided by suppliers to help with future contracts.
