What is eTendering?

• eTendering is a powerful end-to-end procurement process management system that provides secure, EU compliant tendering and automated analysis tools.

• eTendering provides web-based technology that allows buyers and suppliers to securely manage their interactions during the tender process online. The tool is fully compliant with EU Procurement Directives and supports the full tender process including advertisement, contracts finder, expression of interest, pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ), invitation to tender (ITT) and reverse auctions.

What is Contract Management?

• Contract Management provides the strategic foundation for managing supplier relationships effectively. Contract milestone tracking, expiry alerts, secure document repository and a grasp on historic contracts are necessary to optimise contractual supplier relationships and overall contract performance to ensure contracts are managed pro-actively and savings/value does not erode value hard won at the sourcing phase.

• Contract Management allows control of the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring that contracts are visible, controlled, and managed in a timely fashion, extending the value of your sourcing and compliance programmes. Automation of the events of the contract lifecycle, including expirations, renewals, warranty periods and price changes are made possible. Additionally, all contract information is easily reused for other supply management activities such as sourcing, supplier performance management, and category team collaboration
