Free Service

If you are studying for your CIPS accreditation and are struggling with EU procurement legislation, LUPC have secured an agreement with Achilles information for the use of Themis, the EU encyclopaedia of EU rules, with over 350 frequently asked questions link to relevant court cases. It also includes consolidated UK and Scottish Regulations, illustrations and flowcharts, plus articles written by experts on specific topics to help you understand how the rules are interpreted.

There is an “Ask Achilles” function which allows you to ask EU question during this time for further clarification.
