NEW AGREEMENT: Legal Services

A new national legal services agreement jointly led by LUPC and NEUPC is now is now live and available. The framework covers a comprehensive range of legal requirements. Specialist areas include property, human resources, dispute resolution, governance, commercial, and student matters.

The framework agreement has six specialist lots and a one-stop-shop lot. Suppliers were awarded a maximum of three lots each, with the intention of having a variety of suppliers on the panel, including regional firms.

The one-stop-shop has national coverage and the following firms have been appointed as suppliers:

The framework agreement is the result of a collaborative exercise of the English and Welsh higher education sector procurement consortia and was supported by the British Universities Finance Directors Group (BUFDG), Association of University Legal Practitioners (AULP), Universities HR, Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) and HE Shared Legal.
